Click Chrome's Extensions puzzle piece, find Easy Form Filler, and click the pin. The icon will stay where you can reach it.

Save your first profile
Use the setup tab that opened when you installed the extension. Add the details you want to reuse and click Save. Every field is optional.
Closed the tab? Click the extension icon and choose Set up profile.

Fill forms your way
Open a page with a form. Known empty fields fill automatically when you have one profile. Review everything and submit the form yourself.
